AAC has been awarded a Facility and Property Management contract to oversee TIAA’s corporate headquarters in Charlotte, NC along with TIAA’s midtown Manhattan location. Combined the buildings cover roughly 1.75 million square feet.

AAC partnered with Cushman & Wakefield who is providing on site resources for both facility and property management as a prime subcontractor. Services officially started Jan.1, 2016.
